As much as I love my Good Things Creamy Cleanser, I saw the introductory offer in Superdrug and couldn’t resist testing out thier new vegan range.
So far I am quite liking the results. My skin definetly has become slightly more soft and supple, just like the product promises. However, my previous cleanser did set the bar pretty high on that front so it’s not blown me away.
On the other hand, it is miles apart from my Good Things cleanser in its’ formula and application. It applies like a gel and once rubbed in transforms into a sort of cleansing oil. Whilst it does feel like you have slathered your face in something not far removed from a form of fluid vasaline, it is also strangely addictive and soothing.
Having said that I am not 100% sure about the immediate after effects once rinsed, as it doesn’t always feel as though the product is fully removed.
I will say, though, that once I pat dry and it’s time to tone and apply serum, my skin feels gorgeous. So I guess you could say that it’s worth this slightly alternative cleansing step.
And of course, lets not forget that this is a completely cruelty free vegan range here, so I think getting used to the ‘oil’ aspect is hardely going to be a challenge.

Okay so this is pretty big for me. I actually don’t buy leather shoes first-hand; most of mine are eBay steals, among a couple of op-shop gems.
But here we have one of my favourite designers making vegan-friendly shoes.
Introducing the Vita (Vegan Lita). I’ll get my hands on these babies - or maybe the night walks! - when the bank account says yes ;)
And I’ll let you know if they’re as great as the look!
